The 22-story Class-A boutique office building featured 12’ flr-to-flr, efficient mechanical systems, open public plaza and a vertical green wall. The simple yet elegant design composed of prefabricated white concrete columns and facades with floor to ceiling glass walls. The project was pursuing LEED Certification
