Dan Choi Architects with TANKHOUSE pursued to co-develop 157 E28th St. in Gramercy, Manhattan. The 20-Story mixed-use condominium redefined mid-scale luxury residential. The project concept revolved around the creation of carefully designed & extremely efficient affordable luxury units marketed to millennials and first-time home buyers.
